Learned counsel for the petitioners appeared. learned counsel for opposite parties appeared. Both parties also appeared in person.
Petitioner no.2 Rahul Kakkar and opposite party no.2 Smt. Kamya inform the Court that they are living together with petitioner no.1 Tanmay Kakkar minor son. They have settled their dispute.
In view of above, parties prayed for time to file compromise. Three weeks time is granted for filing compromise.
