Petitioner claims to be working as Junior Assistant in the office of Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Allahabad. She is claiming benefit of ACP on the ground that persons working alongwith the petitioner have been extended such benefit upon completion of 10 years service, although petitioner has completed 14 years service but her claim has not been considered so far. Various representations have been made from time to time but no consideration has been made and hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law and as per applicable rules.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith all materials in support of her claim. The authority concerned shall enquire into the grievance of the petitioner and appropriate decision be taken within a period of four months, by passing a reasoned order. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
