ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the impugned order in Rc.No.5014/2014-B, dated 01.10.2014, on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet as illegal, arbitrary and also violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of case.”
In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, the incumbent of respondent No.2 is personally present. He has submitted that he has committed mistake in passing the impugned order. He has, therefore, requested the Court to set aside the impugned order, leaving him free to hold a detailed enquiry and pass a final order.
In view of this request, the impugned order is set aside, leaving respondent No.2 free to hold an enquiry and pass a final order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46578 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
