Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.
This petition has been summoned from the Registry on the basis of the mention made by the learned counsel for the petitioner showing urgency.
The learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 through the C.J.M. Allahabad returnable within a period of two weeks showing therein that he shall appear before this court on 21.11.2012 either in person or through counsel.
List on 21.11.2012 alongwith writ petition no.15885 of 2012 and 16399 of 2012.
Till then the petitioner shall not be arrested in case crime no. 361 of 2012 under section 392 I.P.C P.S. George Town District Allahabad.
