In continuance of the orders dated 25.7.2013 and 10.9.2013, now, learned AGP for the respondent No.1, has placed a communication dated 24.09.2013 addressed by the Deputy Secretary, Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department that for increase in the grant in lieu of octroi for the Gram Panchayat for the year 2009-10 to 2012-13, Note of the Cabinet is placed before the Group of Ministers and Group of Ministers have postponed such Note of the Cabinet and it is to be produced to the notice of the High Court.
Be that as it may, if affidavit is not filed on or before 15th October 2013 bringing all the above facts on record, the order, in accordance with law, will be passed.
Post these matters on 15th October 2013.
