JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2012.
2.The petitioner seeks enhanced compensation as per the provision contained under Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act. Thus, he made a representation on 20.10.2012. Seeking appropriate orders, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Though the District Collector, Kancheepuram is not a party in the present writ petition in as much as the petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent, the said authority is directed to send the same to the District Collector, Kancheepuram, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another copy of the representation dated 20.10.2012 to the District Collector, Kancheepuram, along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the same is received, the District Collector, Kancheepuram shall pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
