JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no instructions from his client. It appears that the tenure of appointment of Yoga Coachers in the District Sports Offices and institutions under the control of the 1st respondent would have been lapsed by this time.
2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the tenure of the second respondent has been lapsed and nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. Recording submissions made by both the learned counsel, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
