JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition it has been submitted by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, relating to grant of enclave permits by the Karnataka State Transport authorities, have been covered by an order of this Court, dated 5.11.2004, in a batch of writ petitions, in W.P.No.22332 of 2004 (Batch), which has been confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court, reported in R.Gajalakshmi & Others V. G.T.Venkatasamy Reddy and others (2005 Writ L.R. 167), which has been subsequently confirmed by an order of the Supreme Court, in Special leave to Appeal (Civil) No.11047-11048 of 2005, dated 13.5.2005.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the respondents, the writ petition stands allowed, in view of the earlier orders passed by this Court, as well as the Supreme Court, in so far as it relates to the overlapping of the area approved scheme in respect of Dharmapuri District. No costs.
