JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 16.12.2014 in respect of certain monetary benefits. However, the writ petitioner Association made the representations to the respondent on 13.8.2012 and 16.12.2014 and the same are yet to be considered.
2.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 13.8.2012 and 16.12.2014 submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to communicate the copy of the representations to the respondent along with the order passed in the writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
