This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to disburse the maintenance grant payable to the petitioner sangam for the years 1998-1999 upto 2001-2002 forthwith.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned afresh.
3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
