Today when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent clarification, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and hence the same may be closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. "W.P.No.16820/2004. In view of subsequent clarification no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition."
