JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Judgment of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.]
1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to challenge the relevant rules, i.e., Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2007 (in short, Rules), reference to which is made in the order dated 21.01.2012, passed in W.P.No.3413 of 2012. 1.1. An endorsement to that effect has been made on the paper book.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law. Resultantly, pending applications shall stand dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
3. Furthermore, liberty is also given to the petitioner to make a representation on the administrative side to the Hon'ble The Chief Justice for incorporating suitable amendment in the aforementioned Rules.
