The writ petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Certiorari and quash the impugned proceedings of the respondent in his Proc.No.E11/122444/2003 dated 13.08.2004.
2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 13.08.2004, whereby, amending the Service Regulation No.28 of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Employees' Service Regulations, Annexure 4, by revising the qualifications for promotion from the post of Manager (Quality Control) to the post of Senior Manager (Quality Control).
3. This Court has already dealt with the very same prayer in W.P.No.29294 of 2004 and after elaborate discussion with regard to the position of law, the same was dismissed on 12.12.2012. Hence, this Court is inclined to follow the earlier decision taken by this Court in W.P.No.29294 of 2004 passed on 12.12.2012.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.29294 of 2004 passed on 12.12.2012. No costs.
