Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner or not to evict the petitioner forcefully from the premises, which is subject matter of O.S. No.418 of 2014 of the Munsiff Court, Kochi. 2. The dispute between the parties relates to an immovable property, for which the petitioner has already availed remedy in a competent civil court. It is always open for the petitioner to approach the civil court where the suit is pending and the Civil Court is free to grant any relief.
The writ petition is closed with these observations.
