This appeal is adjourned on number of occasions mainly due to non-availability of learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant. Today also, when the present Appeal is taken up for hearing, Shri Ashish Dagli, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant has chosen to remain absent. Hence, present Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
