JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.MURGESEN, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue Jeevitha. The petitioner filed this petition stating that his second wife and his two children are missing. It is also averred in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that seven sovereigns of gold jewels and a sum of Rs.15,000/- are missing.
2. Now the detenus Jeevitha, Dhanush and Anbu have been produced before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that he already informed the petitioner's counsel about the production of the detenus before this Court.
3. The detenue Jeevitha stated that due to the torture given by her husband, she went to her brother's house and living in Chennai.
4. Therefore, it is clear that the detenus are not under the illegal custody of anybody. Hence the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
