ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that without considering the request of the petitioners for assignment of the lands which are claimed to be in their occupation, respondents 2 to 5 have been trying to assign the lands in favour of some third parties in the VII phase land distribution programme, scheduled to be held on 10.01.2014.
At the hearing, Mr. G. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that W.P.Nos.417 and 418 of 2014 were filed by certain other persons with a similar grievance and this Court, on 09.01.2014, disposed of the said writ petitions with certain directions. He further submitted that his clients will be satisfied if this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders passed in the said writ petitions.
In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is also disposed of following the orders dated 09.01.2014 in W.P.Nos.417 and 418 of 2014 with the direction that the observations and directions contained in the said orders shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.850 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
