Sri G.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant has been appointed as Standing Counsel and, therefore, he requests this Court that he cannot argue in this matter.
The applicants have preferred this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. requesting this Court to quash/stay proceedings of Criminal Complaint No.26 of 2010 (Smt. Murti Vs. Takhtram and Others), under Sections 147,148,149,354,504,323,452,308,506 and 427 of I.P.C., PS-Raksa, Jhansi pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.
The only order i.e. order dated 19.3.2010 was passed directing that till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the accused- applicant.
However, if the applicants appear before the Court below on or before 11.1.2019 and apply for bail/discharge application, the Court concerned shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
Till they file the said application, they shall not be coercively dealt with.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
