Ad-interim relief granted earlier is modified to the extent that it will be open for the investigation officer to record the statements of all concerned including the Registrar of Marriage, Chitrasani, Taluka-Palanpur, District- Banaskantha because in view of school leaving certificate of daughter of respondent No.2 namely Pinky date of birth reveals 1.6.1997.
