Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents authorities not to arrest the petitioner and order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned FIR dated 5.1.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0008 of 2021, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, 1970 at Police Station Sururpur, District Meerut.
After perusal of the gang chart, it appears that the petitioner was involved in two cases, first case in Case Crime No.153 of 2020 under Section 307, 34 I.P.C and the other case is under Sections 352, 452 and 120 I.P.C. The police have registered the FIR in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused has falsely implicated in the aforesaid cases.
After hearing the learned counsels and perusal of records, we do not feel any indulgence is required.
The writ petition is devoid of merits. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
