JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
The order passed by the respondent no.1-Electricity Ombudsman is under challenge.
Sri A. K. Saxena, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 may seek instructions and file counter affidavit within a month. Two weeks' thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.
List for admission/final disposal after expiry of aforesaid period.
