Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 decide the Case No.696 of 2012 "Computer Case No.T201217650200088" (Mohd. Haddish & others Vs. Smt. Chandrajot) under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar expeditiously within stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2012 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
