Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the order dated 7.12.2021 by the bonafide mistake section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act has been left and same be corrected by adding the said section.
Correction application is allowed.
In the 5th line of paragraph no. 4 and in the 4th line of paragraph no. 9 of the order dated 7.12.2021 section 3(2)5 of SC/St Act is added.
Now onwards, in the order dated 7.12.2021 section '147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 325 and 307 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act' be read in place of section '147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 325, 307 I.P.C.'
