JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Learned APP Mr. Pandya waives service of Rule.
By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his brother's son scheduled on 26.4.2012.
From the jail remarks, we find that the applicant convict was already on temporary bail in December, 2011 itself.
In the facts and circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
