Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.1565 of 2013, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., within the time stipulated by this Court.
Submission is that the application under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since 14.5.2013.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd, Jaunpur to decide the case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it.
