Sri Ashok Kumar Raghav, Senior Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur and Sri Shobha Ram Mishra, S.I. of Police Station-Baldirai, District-Sultanpur are present in person in compliance with this Court's order dated 29.09.2010. They need not appear again, unless otherwise directed by this Court.
Learned A.G.A. has submitted that the Case Crime No. Nil of 2009 under Sections 41/411 I.P.C. was registered against the applicant earlier, and later on, Sections 420, 467, 468, 413 I.P.C. have been added. He has further submitted that the investigation of the said case has been transferred by the order of D.I.G. to District Hardoi. He prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions with regard to latest status of the said case from District Hardoi.
