JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shishir Jain for the opposite party No.3, who says that the petitioner has not made representation to the Managing Director and hence the case of the petitioner could not be considered. Earlier there was a ban which has been lifted now and if the petitioner makes a representation to the proper authority i.e. Managing Director, he shall consider the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to move fresh representation before the Managing Director, who shall pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking orders in this matter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with the representation.
