O R D E R
By order dated 23.11.2016, this Court directed the Registry to refer the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibilities of settlement.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre and before the Mediation Centre, the parties have M.DURAISWAMY,J.
gms settled the matter and also entered into a Mediation Agreement dated 12.01.2017. The Mediation Agreement has been signed by the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsel. The petitioner and respondent were also present in the Court and they also acknowledged the due execution of the Mediation Agreement. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 12.01.2017. The Mediation Agreement dated 12.01.2017 shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
