Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application is premature as no charge sheet has been filed against the applicant, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh as and when the cause of action arises.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
