List is being revised. Nobody is present to press the petition on behalf of the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that appropriate direction may be issued for the Consolidation Authorities to consider the application to remove irregularities in preparation of provisional consolidation scheme.
I am of this opinion that it is an individual concern which has to be raised as an objection to the provisional consolidation scheme and general direction can not be issued. The petitioner, if agrieved, has appropriate remedy under the Consolidation Act, 1953 and for this purpose no writ petition is entertainable.
Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
