Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The writ court had directed the court below to decide the suit for specific performance, expeditiously preferably within one year.
It is urged by learned counsel for the applicant that the defendants in the suit are not cooperating and, therefore, the suit is being delayed.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any wilful or deliberate disobedience of the writ court order.
In the circumstances, the contempt petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed.
