Sri Manoj Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the competent court for grant of an injunction /protection of his possession against the respondents No.4 to 11.
Sri Manoj Kumar Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition and recasts his relief. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he may be granted liberty to approach the competent court for redressal of his grievances.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail lawful remedies. The writ petition is disposed of.
