3 Smt. Shabana Begum W/o Syed Faisal All . Petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 4 AND The State of A.P. represented by its Public Prosecutor, A.P. High Court through P.S. Bahadurpura, Hyderabad . Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused No.2 to 4 , directing the Police Bahadurpura, Hyderabad to release the petitioners/accused No.2 to 4 on bail in the event his arrest in Crime No.64 of 2014 of P.S., Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, in the interest of justice. .
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the Memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SYED AHMED ALI, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER The petitioners seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They are accused 2 to 4. They allegedly committed matrimonial offences. The petitioners 1 and 3/accused 2 and 4 are women. The 2nd petitioner/accused No.3 is a senior citizen. In view of the nature of the offences alleged against them, in view of the age of the 2nd petitioner and in view of the sex of the petitioners 1 and 3, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
2. Consequently, this petition is allowed. The petitioners/accused 2 to
4 shall surrender before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad within 2 (two) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad shall release the petitioners/accused 2 to 4 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.
