This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 03-10-2013 passed in I.A No. 382 of 2013 in I.A No. 402 of 2011 in O.S No. 61o of 2011 by the learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad vide which the application filed by the respondents - plaintiffs under Order IX Rule 7 CPC for setting aside the order dated 07-03-2012 has been allowed subject to payment of Rs.700/- as costs to the District Legal Services Authority.
A perusal of the impugned order shows that in order to avoid multiplicity of litigation an opportunity has been given to the respondents - plaintiffs herein. I find no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the trial Court.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending consideration shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
