Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
Heard Sri Mohammad Aziz, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.B. Pandey, Assistant Solicitor General of India, for respondent nos. 1, 4 and 5 and Sri Anand Singh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.2.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
Prayer made is allowed.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
