The petitioner makes general statements about the grant of fitness, maintenance certificate, stage carriage permit, to challenge the operation of a stage carriage having registration No. KL-8Q 5. It is trite that this Court invoking jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, cannot look into the factual aspects on which the grant has been made. The petitioner would have to approach the respective authorities pointing out the specific ground on which the allegations were raised, if the grievance subsists. Leaving open such remedies, the writ petition is closed. Sd/-
