Petitioner is a Trust. It has filed this original petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking expeditious consideration of a Rent Control Appeal, filed in 2012 against an order passed in a Rent Control Petition instituted in the year 2011. Looking into the materials, we are satisfied that, if the petitioner makes appropriate application, the Appellate Authority will consider the request sympathetically, for expeditious listing of the appeal for final hearing and disposal. That remedy can be obtained from the Appellate Authority. Hence, without prejudice to that, this original petition is dismissed.
