T vs State

Without entering into merit of the case at this stage the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy under the Code so that the trial Court can examine all relevant material for the purpose of exercising powers under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in case if any application for discharge is preferred by the petitioner at relevant stage.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
