JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Vakil, learned advocate for the petitioners, has submitted, in response to the query raised on earlier occasion by the Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.M.Chhaya), that the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit the entire backwages (qua the respondent no.1) from the date of termination order until now, to support request of setting aside the tribunal's order and for liberty to the petitioner school to conduct inquiry in accordance with law and then pass appropriate fresh order.
Having regard to the said submission, let notice be issued to the respondents returnable on 2.5.2012.
In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall deposit the entire backwages calculated until 30.4.2012 in the registry of this Court on or before1.5.2012. If the amount, as aforesaid, is not deposited on or before 1.5.2012, on the returnable date, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed for non-prosecution.
The petitioners shall also place on record the statement showing the calculation of backwages.
