Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that WVMP.No.174 of 2014 in WP.No.36965 of 2013 filed against the interim order dated 17.12.2013, is pending. Without adjudicating the matter at this stage, the learned counsel requests the Court to close the Contempt Case with liberty to move in the matter subject to final orders in the WVMP.
The Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
