ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in passing order, dated, 15.09.2014, vide Rc.No.D1CS/6251/2014 by suspending the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No.23 of Thopudurthy Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the said fair price shop.”
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) has placed before the Court a copy of proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/6251/2014, dated 22.12.2014, issued by respondent No.4, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization by rendering a finding that the charges framed against the petitioner are not grave in nature. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has also submitted that as respondent No.4 has realised that he has committed illegality in initiating the proceedings against the petitioner, he has dropped all further proceedings against the petitioner.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.4, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49428 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
