Natural Guardian and Custodian No.1 above) All are residing at Chamanahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Maddur Taluk, Mandya District-571401. … Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to quash the order dated 19.01.2018 passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mandya in Crl.RP.No.258/2017, by confirmed the order dated 01.07.2016 passed by the learned Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Maddur in C.Misc.No.39/2014 maintenance filed by the respondents by allowing this criminal petition or alternatively quash the order passed by the both the Courts and the matter may kindly be remitted back to the trial Court for fresh enquiry regarding grant of interim maintenance.
