ORDER R.DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
The petitioner is a driver in the respondent- Corporation. The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of Offence Memo dated:28.11.2018, according to which, the petitioner is guilty of being absent from the bus as the second driver.
2. The petition is pre-mature, in as much as the petitioner is called upon to answer the Offence Memo issued by the respondent and it is for the petitioner to cause a reply and proceed in accordance with law.
3. In that view of the matter, the petition requires to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
