Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.3 in suspending the petitioner’s authorization as violative of G.O.Ms.No.52 of Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies Dept., dated 18-12-2008, as illegal and contrary to the said GO and for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the petitioner’s fair price shop.”
After arguing the case, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to her client to file a fresh one with proper relief and pleadings.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45371 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
