This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside order bearing No.21/BE/MP/Exams/2014 dated 13-8-2014 of respondent No.2 whereby he has cancelled all the examination papers written by the petitioner pertaining to First Year B.E. course.
In connection with the impugned order which has dealt with 47 other cases, this Court has allowed the case in Battala Sneha Vs. Osmania University

. However, in W.A.No.1390 of 2014, a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 13-11-2014 modified the said order by directing the Controller of Examinations of the Osmania University to reconsider the case of the writ petitioner therein after giving her an opportunity of being heard and pass a speaking order.
Having regard to the fact that no separate enquiry has been held and no reasons have been assigned in the impugned order as in the case of Battala Sneha (1-supra), this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13-11-2014 in W.A.No.1390 of 2014 with the direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to hold a fresh enquiry wherein they shall give an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass a fresh order. Till this exercise is completed, the petitioner shall be permitted to pursue her II year B.E. course.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.36072 and 44441 of 2014 and WVMP No.3498 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
