JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 05.09.2015, wherein and whereby the petitioner made some objection against the registration in respect of subject matter property.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that already the petitioner's representation was considered and an order came to be passed on 09.09.2015. He has also produced a copy said order.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
