JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and direct the Police Chinna Chowk U/G, YSR Kadapa District to release the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 22 of 2014 on the file of the Police Chinna Chou& U/G YSR Kadapa District;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Naveen Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner is A-2. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail.
Initially, a case was registered against the petitioner under Sections 323, 506, 509 and 341 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. Later, the offence under Section 354 IPC was included.
It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner misbehaved with the de facto complainant by catching hold of her hand. In view of the nature of the offence alleged, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner-A2 shall surrender before the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, within two (2) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, shall enlarge the petitioner-A2 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
