ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“.. to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, calling for the relevant records relating to the lands in Sy.No.3/2 situated in S.R. Puram Mandal, Chittoor District from the file of the 4th respondent, and after perusing the same, declare the action of the 4th respondent in deleting the names of the petitioners as pattadars and enjoyers in respect of the said lands as per the Adangal/Pahani issued through Mee-Seva on 16.11.2013 as arbitrary, illegal, violative of the principles of natural justice and contrary to law and consequently declare that the assignment of an extent of Acs.3.00 cts., each granted to the petitioners in respect of the said lands in Sy.No.3/2 as legal and valid and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said lands and with all other consequential benefits and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, Mr. K. Surender Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 19.11.2013, of this Court, respondent No.4 has re-entered the names of the petitioners in the Record of Rights and that the grievance of the petitioners raised in this Writ Petition stands redressed.
In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.40985 of 2013 is dismissed.
