O R D E R:
This contempt case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 01.10.2010 passed in W.P.No.17071 of 2005. The said order was passed in 2010 directing the respondents to consider issuing final notification pursuant to the Notification dated 22.02.2001 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2. The period of eight weeks mentioned in the said order expired in November 30, 2010. This contempt case is filed after four years. This contempt case is clearly barred by limitation and it is left to the petitioner to avail other remedies which are open to him in law.
3. . The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
