ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ to issue a direction, order or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring action of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in trying to dispossess/evict the petitioner from his quarters bearing Q.No.C/135 of NSP Camp Colony,. Miryalaguda Town, Nalgonda District, with the help of Revenue and police persons as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to rules and consequently, to direct the respondents not to dispossess/evict the petitioner from his quarters bearing Q.No.C/135 of NSP Camp Colony, Miryalaguda Town, Nalgonda District, with the help of Revenue and police persons by taking coercive steps.”
At the hearing, Sri Chenna Kesav, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
In view of the said request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.34564 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
